Demand Science buys Internal Results and Leadiro to boost its B2B sales platform


Global Buyer Intelligence Platform Provider Demand Science International LLC Expands capabilities with a pair of key acquisitions announced today.

The company said it was buying a UK company called Internal Results UK Ltd. which has created a proven ‘demand generation’ platform that benefits from a global customer base. He also broke Leadiro Ltd., another UK-based company that sells business-to-business selling support, business intelligence and data enrichment tools.

These companies’ platforms are expected to integrate well with Demand Science’s global buyer intelligence platform, which combines artificial intelligence-based analytics with enriched data to help companies identify new customers. and prospects.

Demand Science said the acquisitions, which were partially funded by JPMorgan Chase & Co., aim to expand the company’s position in the market and augment its platform with enhanced B2B data assets to enhance the information it provides to customers.

“Immediately accretive to our business, this is the perfect strategic decision for us,” said Pete Cannone, Managing Director of Demand Science.

Demand Science was already growing rapidly. The company said it has achieved a 50% compound annual growth rate since 2014 and expects to achieve annual revenue of $ 100 million for the first time this year. Internal results and Leadiro have also grown rapidly, with revenue growth of over 100% year-over-year over the past year.

Demand Science said the acquisitions brought its total active customer base to more than 1,000 customers worldwide, including many leading companies in technology, software and B2B services. At the same time, it now has nearly 1,000 employees in offices located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Dubai, Ireland, India, the Philippines and Singapore.

Internal Results founder Chris Whife, who will become president of both Internal Results and Demand Science International, said he believes the merger of the platforms of the three companies will result in “huge opportunities. For their customers. “Demand Science brings resources and scale to support and accelerate our growth, including the depth of experience of the leadership team, continued investment in technology, financial resources and global capabilities,” a- he declared.

Leadiro founder Ian Cullen will also take on a key role at Demand Science, as the new Product Director.
